What do I get in return for being part of the KnowledgePanel?

After completing each survey, you will receive points which can be exchanged for vouchers that can be used with a number of retailers.

Is there a limit to how many surveys I can take?

There’s no limit on how many surveys you’re allowed to take part in. You will be invited to participate in 2-5 surveys on average each month. We absolutely encourage you to participate in as many as you can, however there’s no obligation to take part in all of them.

Who can join the KnowledgePanel?

We have invited a small number of people to join the panel. Only those individuals who were invited by Ipsos can join the KnowledgePanel. If you were invited to join you cannot pass the invitation on to friends or family.

What sort of information about me will Ipsos need?

When you sign up, we’ll ask for a little bit of information about you so we can know about what types of people are participating in our surveys. It will also mean we can invite you to surveys that are relevant to you. This includes things like age, gender, what type of work you do etc.

How long does it take to complete a survey?

The length of each survey will vary, but all surveys are kept as short as possible. Some surveys will take around 10 minutes to complete and others between 15-20 minutes. The longer the survey, the more points you will get.
